My Time is the first book in the Horse Town Romantic Series. It features a hard-working, dedicated but lonely work rider from Fletchbourne in England, the centre of the horse racing industry. She's worked her way up the ladder in the horse business using her own instincts and natural abilities. After 11 years at her racing yard, her old boss retires, and a new trainer with new methods is appointed. They clash immediately but slowly find respect for each other's methods.

In Book 2, Callum and Grace find a middle ground of understanding in their training in Fletchbourne. Their first race at Kempton results in a win for the Hardwick Stables, which takes their relationship to a new level, but people are noticing their chemistry. Callum is also trusting Grace to make more decisions, including being part of their horse-buying trip to Tattersalls in Newmarket. Grace calls in an eccentric horse buyer to help, and they manage to buy well because of it. Their relationship is further enhanced when the yard is struck by a storm, and they manage to calm the horses. As the season rolls into the New Year, Callum is shocked by news of a possible lawsuit that comes in from Australia, but Grace is there to help again.
