  • What do you want your video to achieve?

    It may be a strange question, but knowing the answer to it will save time. If all you’re after is awareness of your brand, product, or service, then the video will be different from a ‘call to action’ type of production. What do you want your audience to remember from the video? Start by thinking of three things.

  • How is your competitor marketing themselves?

    Because you don’t want to emulate them, do you? We want to make you a customised branded product that is full of purpose and, more importantly, strategy.

  • Who is your target audience?

    Just saying, ‘potential customers’ isn’t enough. We need to know more about these people. Be more specific; what are their ages, demographics, professions, interests, and behaviours.

  • Let's get in the mind of your potential customer

    Is it possible to know more about your customer before they engage with your product or service? Any insights you have are valuable, and we would love to know.

  • Where are your stories?

    There are stories everywhere. They may be your stories or your customers. Does your product or service have a role in those stories? Do they change and improve the lives of your customers? They are the stories we’re after.

  • Tune into success

    What does success look like when a customer uses your product or service? Our branded videos seek to pinpoint the moment and explain the reason your customer realises the advantage of working with you.
